Let me explain a bit more. Most people jump into WordPress with NO preparation and NO idea what they truly want their website to be or do. And that's the reason why there's so much frustration and failure among DIYers.

Think about it this way: If you were to build a house, would you go ahead and start with walls and windows or would you sit down and map out your floor plan first? EXACTLY!
